Cognitive Care Managers

Our Cognitive Care Managers are clinically certified medical professionals with a Master’s degree or a Clinical Doctorate and backgrounds as speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists and social workers. They meet with clients via video chat, communicate daily via email, and handle the behind-the-scenes work to to ease the burden of navigating life decisions that accompany dementia or stroke.
